BOOKING PAYMENT POLICY:

  • To confirm your booking, pay all or a 50% deposit in advance. If you choose to pay a 50% deposit, then the full balance is due on your arrival date.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Deposit, and Cash.
  • Gratuity is not included in our prices. Providing tips or gratuity is optional but is whole-heartedly welcomed. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guest and/or rooming list for groups with or under four (4) physical rooms and/or guests per night:

  • Cancellations for online payments made through our website will only be refunded to an amount of 75% of the prepaid cost of the tour fare and/or a cancellation fee of $50 as deemed appropriate by Aurora Dream Tours (ONLY APPLIES TO ONLINE TRANSACTIONS MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE); and/or 
  • Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a $50 (CAD) cancellation fee; and/or
  • Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the tour fare per person; and/or
  • Cancellation received up to 3 days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour fare per person; and/or
  • No show on the arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the tour fare per person. This means NO REFUND.

Guests and/or rooming list for groups with five (5) or more physical rooms and/or guests per night:

  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of 25% of the tour fare per person; and/or
  • Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the tour fare per person; and/or
  • No show on the arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the tour fare per person. This means NO REFUND. 

NOTES:

  • In the case of any unexpected flight delays or cancellations or adjustments to your itinerary made by Aurora Dream Tours, clients may or may not receive a refund or compensation. But we will do our best to look after our clients in case of delays or cancellations of scheduled flights to Yellowknife.​
  • All tours are recommended to be booked in advance.
  • Aurora Dream Tours reserves the right to apply this return and refund policy at its discretion.
  • Your safety takes priority, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your trip.
